I bring over 10 years of experience in guidance and counselling, along with a Master’s Degree in Positive Psychology and Life Coaching. I also hold a professional certification as a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, equipping me with specialized tools to support survivors of emotional abuse and toxic relationships.
